- 摘要: 本文探究了将近红外二区小分子IR-FE制备为脂质体的方法,优化出最佳的脂质体配方。结果表明:物质量分数为95%的DPPC加5%的DSPE-PEG是制备IR-FE脂质体的最佳配方,脂质体荧光强度随着投药浓度的改变没有变化,并且实现了对小鼠微血管的造影。这项工作为改善NIR-Ⅱ小分子的水溶性提供了新的策
