- 摘要: 目的优化罗堆多吉颗粒的提取纯化工艺。方法以木犀草素、甘松新酮含量及浸膏得率的综合评分为指标,采用正交试验法考察乙醇浓度、料液比和时间对醇提工艺的影响,并优选了水沉工艺中加水量、药液相对密度、静置时间等因素。结果最佳醇提工艺为8倍量80%乙醇,提取2次,每次2h;最佳水沉工艺为加水量40倍,药液相对密
