  • 摘要: 对西藏拉萨市四所学校少先队员的组织认同和同伴关系进行实证调查。结果显示:拉萨市少先队员的组织认同在年级和学生职务均存在显著差异;同伴关系在学生的职务上具有显著差异少先队员同伴关系与组织认同存在显著的正相关关系;同伴关系能够显著正向预测少先队员组织认同水平。建议:引导队员建立良好同伴关系,构建和谐的少
